Description
Clear and simple interface, thoughtful structure and powerful functionality. Everyone’s favorite task scheduler is back – recognizable and updated!
Here are the main principles at the heart of Things.
1. Record everything that comes to mind
Don’t keep tasks in your head – write them down as soon as they come to mind. Tasks are added to Things using a keyboard shortcut (which works from any program) or using Siri.
2. Sort things by context and projects
For each big goal, create a project, and then fill it with specific tasks that can be completed in one sitting. Additionally, projects and tasks can be grouped by area – for example, “Work”, “Hobbies” or “Health”. Review all areas regularly and don’t neglect them.
3. Plan your time wisely
To-dos from the OS calendar and Things tasks are displayed in the program as a single list, so you can quickly create a schedule for the week and not miss anything. For cyclical tasks, it is easy to set up a repeat at the right time.
4. Cut off the unnecessary
In the morning, look at the “Inbox” folder, select from the unsorted tasks for the day and send them to the “Today” section. Also, tasks that you have already placed on today’s schedule earlier will automatically be added to this section. This is all! You don’t have to look at any lists anymore. Get to work calmly.
5. Structure tasks so that it is easy for you to understand
To further organize your tasks, tag them with your own tags. Use the “Work” tag to write a quarterly report, or “Housework” to take your jacket to the dry cleaner or order cat litter. You can create as many tags as you like, as well as search for the ones you need and filter the lists by them.

But just double-click any task with the mouse – and it will open on the screen as a blank white sheet, on which all the necessary information will fit, including notes, clarifications, step-by-step instructions, tags, deadlines and reminders.
3. It has a lot of nice little things
What is the Type Travel function alone worth – the most transparent search and navigation through sections. Or a date parser that understands you correctly when you type “tomorrow”, “in three days” or “on Tuesday”.
4. This is one of the most well-made applications for macOS.
Things supports all system features of macOS: Touch Bar, Notification Center widget, Share function, Handoff mode, sharing data with standard Calendar applications and “Reminders”, as well as automation using AppleScript.

How to install and activate?
Mount the image and run Open Gatekeeper friendly. Press Enter to bypass Gatekeeper in the Terminal window. Drag the application to the Applications folder. The application is ready to use.

How to change the language?
Open System Settings -> General > Language and Region -> Applications – “+”. Select an application and language. The method is relevant for most applications. The language in Adobe products is usually selected during the installation of the product itself. The language in games is usually changed in the settings of the game itself. There are exceptions. Feel free to search for information on the Internet.
How to delete?
