Description
Unheard is a well-developed detective simulator with many implemented mechanics aimed at allowing the player to understand the crimes committed in various ways. A team of indie developers worked on the project, with a rather unusual idea and implementation, who decided to use the setting of detective fiction, because the protagonist uses devices that are not available in the real world. The devices make it possible to establish some kind of invisible connection between criminals and lawmen.
The main character, an experienced detective who has solved hundreds of cases, uses special headphones to listen to everything that happened at the time of the murder, theft, damage to property and other crimes. The plot component is the most developed and detailed in this project. The gamer will get to know a whole group of personalities, whose stories will intertwine with each other, creating a tangled tangle. It needs to be sorted out as quickly as possible in order to get to the bottom of the truth.
The protagonist will quite often wonder where these headphones get all the necessary information from, and whether they can trust what the clear and confident voice says, coming from the speakers directly into the ear. Also, the gameplay requires the player to carefully search for evidence at the scene of the crime in order to find a clue for further action.
