Description

In Space Pirates And Zombies(SPAZ) you have to survive in an evolving post-apocalyptic galaxy. The zombie apocalypse has already passed, the infrastructure is destroyed, there is not enough fuel, and survival depends on collecting resources from the rubble and debris.

At the beginning of the game, there are hundreds of captains in the galaxy, and each of them is trying to survive. AI captains can do everything the player can do. In SPAZ 2, the player is not the chosen one, and is not the center of the galaxy.

The lack of resources is critical, and the captains fight to survive. The need to protect scarce resources leads to the formation of alliances and their disintegration, and yesterday’s friends become enemies.

Strong coalitions defend their territory, organize resource distribution centers and build bases. The weaker may turn to banditry. Each captain is unique, lives his own life, and influences events in the galaxy.

When coalitions come into contact with each other, they usually engage in battle. The strategic side of SPAZ 2 is research, control of territories, state building. tactical and combat – building a ship, tactical decisions, dismantling wreckage and collecting lost resources.

Battles damage ships, but allow you to obtain new parts for ships. All parts are modular and created randomly. If you see an interesting part, you can tear it off the enemy and attach it to your ship. This type of ship building can happen during battle, but it can be fun to beat an enemy to death with his own severed wing.

From a global point of view, battles attract other captains – after all, valuable debris remains after battles. Grab the parts and run. Upgrade your ship, repair it, and get ready for new battles for the present and future as the darkness continues to deepen.

-Three-dimensional environment with reliable physics – all objects can be destroyed, they are damaged in collisions, they can be grabbed and even thrown at the enemy using a grab.

-Natural movement and control. Movement occurs on a plane, and shooting is reminiscent of first-person games. The combat feels like a battle between large pirate ships on the ocean. Pay attention to tactical positioning and monitor the ship’s energy to go on the attack at key moments.
